Raw meat stored above cooked items in reach-in refrig close to ice machine. Walk-in cooler #2-raw eggs next to carrots-raw eggs should be below produce. Several personal drinks in two-door freezer by fryers - need to keep separate (may be on bottom shelf). Do not use bare hands to separate pieces of cooked chicken - use utensil. Keep hushpuppy mix covered and move can of fly spray away from food prep area.
